Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Final Gravity AB ("we", "us"), the data controller behind Sailupcyclers, handles your personal data when you visit sailupcyclers.com or contact us. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect and why
- Email enquiries. When you use an "Enquire" link, your own email app opens a message to us. If you send it, we receive your email address, your name, and whatever you write, and use it only to answer you and arrange any order. Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in responding.
- Purchases. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. From Stripe we keep a record of what was bought, when, and for how much, and — for orders we ship — your name, email address and delivery address, used to pack, send and follow up your order. In-person purchases at a market store no personal data with us at all. Legal basis: performing our contract with you; records are retained as long as Swedish bookkeeping law requires.
- Server logs. Our hosting keeps standard technical logs (e.g. IP address, timestamp, browser type) to keep the site secure and running. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in security and operation.
- Cookies. We use only a strictly necessary session cookie. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and web fonts are served from our own domain (no third-party font CDN). No consent banner is required for strictly necessary cookies.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers that help us operate — our hosting provider and the email provider we use to receive your messages — who process it on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting order, plus any period required by law (e.g. Swedish bookkeeping rules), then delete them.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, erasure of, restriction of, or object to the processing of your data, and request data portability. To exercise any of these, email us at hej@sailupcyclers.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY — imy.se).
International transfers
Your data is processed within the EU/EEA. Where a provider we use processes data outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
